Cuddly Buddly DT

Afternoon my lovely friends!  Hope you've had a good week so far.  The weather hasn't been too bad but I don't wanna spook it so I'll be quiet for now lol.  Today I'm sharing with you a card that I've made for Cuddly Buddly using the gorgeous Summer Boy Fairy by Picture Kitchen Studio.
The dps I have used are Kim's digi papers - A patchwork of papers - Red.  Aren't they just scrummy?  And you can get them in all colours too.  The ribbon and pearls are from my stash and the fence die is by Magnolia.  Oooo and I almost forgot to mention that I pulled out the old sewing machine and stitched round the edges of the image and main dp.
I have coloured the little man in with my Copics of which you could find in store too.  I then used Crafters Companion's spray and sparkle, Iridescent, on his wings which is sadly not showing up too well in the pic but it's there I promise lol.  Hope you enjoy the rest of your week my friends and thanks for stopping by.  Lotsa luv, hugs xxxx

My cake adventures!!

Morning my lovely followers!  Hope you had a good weekend.  Mine was rather hectic to say the least hehe.  Luved every minute of it though as I was creating this cake for my darling son's birthday.
WOW!  Never realised how time consuming it is to decorate cakes but as I said previously, I'm luving every minute of it!!  The shoe is made out of sugarpaste from my own template and the "All Star" was printed off.  The shoebox is chocolate cake covered with ganache and then fondant and the name and age are sugarpaste too so everything is edible.
Thanks so much for stopping by.  Hoping to be back later with a card.  Lotsa luv, hugs xxxx

On Friday I made this Lion topper from sugarpaste.  Isn't he a sweetie?

All I can say is I'm having a blast!!  Who would have thought I would enjoy it this much, if I'd have known that I would have started this hobby years ago lol.

Thanks for stopping by, your comments mean the world to me!!  Have a great week.  Lotsa luv, hugs xxxx

Apologies for my absence!!

Afternoon my beloved followers!  Firstly I feel I need to make a humble apology to all of you for the lack of posts coming from my blog.  Sadly my health took a bad turn and I decided to step down from most of my design teams.  Along with my health issues my mojo took a huge runner but am happy to say it has resurfaced.  In a bid to try and get myself going again I decided to dabble into cake decorating and must be honest, it has really appealed to me and also helped me overcome the wretched depressed state that I found myself in.  I have now decided that I would like to better myself with the cake decorating and start up my own little business so I am now open for any orders.

Just thought I should let you all know that from now on I will also be posting my cakes and bakes on this blog.  I started a page on facebook and would luv it if you could possibly like my page which is called "My little piece of Heaven too - Cakes by Caz.

Thought you might like to see one of my recent creations.  Thanks to all of you for your continued support even in my absence.  I hope you will continue to enjoy my blog.  Lotsa luv, hugs xxxx
