Morning!! The excitement still continues over at the creative cottage and today sees a brand new challenge over at the blog. The theme has been chosen by our lovely Shelly who wants to see "Birthday Boy". I couldn't resist using one of my favourite LOTV stamps combined with these versatile papers from the snow much fun kit which will be available to purchase from Monday the 20th. I thought they were just perfect for a boys card.
Here is a close up of the little Sweetie which I have coloured in with ProMarkers and cut out with nesties. I used co-ordinations cardstock to matt and layer and embossed the final layer with the swiss dots cuttlebug folder and used a MS punch for the border. The little wooden buttons I bought from the NEC last year and the blue buttons are from my stash. I will be entering my card into the Lili of the Valley Challenge as their theme this week is "One for the Boys". Also Stamp Something are wanting to see spots and stripes so I'll enter it there too.
