Morning Luvlies!!  Looks like this awful rain might be coming to an end eventually, fingers crossed!  Well onto a happier and brighter note is today's card which is for The Paper Shelter Challenge and this week we have an easy peasy theme for ya which is ANYTHING GOES woohoo!!
For my card I used "Cool Lolly".  The dps I have used are from two different paper packs - "Lovely Bugs" and "Let's make a picnic" and I've matted everything onto coredinations cardstock.  The ribbon is from my stash and the flowers are from Magnolia and Wild Orchid Crafts.
Here is a close up of the gorgeous Cool Lolly.  Sadly I didn't have time to colour an image this week but fortunately The Paper Shelter supply you with the digi as well as the coloured image for quick makes.  Hope you will take the time to enter our challenge this week as the generous Veronica is offering a $30 voucher for the winner so why not hop over to The Paper Shelter Challenge Blog and join in the fun.  Lotsa luv, hugs xxxxx

Crafters Companion DT - Another Toread sneak peek!!

Morning Folks!!  I have yet another Toread sneak peek to share with you today.  Scroll down to see yesterday's sneaky peek too.  I think she is my all time favourite of the whole release.  Her name is Aurora.
This was a very quick and easy sample I decided to make.  I printed her off from the cd rom and melted it onto the candle with greaseproof paper.  Simple and yet so effective don't you think?

Must be honest I think this is one of the very best releases from Crafters Companion, the cd has so much more than usual on, it's really fab!  You'll definately not wanna miss this lauch on Friday the 28th of September on Create and Craft tv at 12h00.  To be in the chance of winning this awesome cd all you need to do is hop around to my fellow dt's blogs and then leave a comment on the Crafters Companion news blog.  A winner will be chosen on Friday morning.  Thanks for stopping by.  Lotsa luv, hugs xxxx

Crafters Companion DT - Blog Hop and sneaky peek!!

Welcome to the Crafter's Companion blog hop to celebrate the launch of the Toread papercrafting range! You could win the new Toread CD-ROM, simply by hopping around the Design Team's blogs and being inspired! Pop over to the Crafter's Companion News blog for the full list of Design Team members who are taking part.
For my card I have used one of the fab new 6 x 6" embossing folders called "Regal Frame" onto coredinations carstock.  The image is from the brand new range launching on Friday 28th September 2012 and she is called "Flora".  I have coloured her in with Spectrum Noirs.  The lace and flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts, the seam binding from The Ribbon Girls and the pearls from my stash.
The Design team have loved crafting with the new range - I have loved every minute of it too as every single image is just the cutest and the cd rom to me is the best Crafters Companion have ever designed, such variety and so many elements to work with that the possibilities are endless.  So we're celebrating the launch of this gorgeous new collection on Friday 28th September by giving you a chance to see some sneak peeks and have the chance to win a great prize!

All you need to do to be in with a chance of winning is visit each of the Design Team members blogs. They will each be showing you some of their fabulous Toread creations. Once you've been inspired, simply head back over to the Crafter's Companion News blog and leave a comment on their blog hop post, saying which is your favourite Toread character and why.  Your next stop on the hop will be over to the fabulous CAROLINE.

One winner will be drawn at random after 10am on Friday 28th September, and will be notified by email.  Happy Hopping!!!  Lotsa luv, hugs xxxx

The Paper Shelter DT - Punch It

Morning Folks!!  That time of the week again for a new challenge theme over at The Paper Shelter.  This week our challenge is to use your punches!  I decided to go rather CAS with my card as I think the image speaks for itself and the backing paper is rather busy so I just added a few punched flowers with the addition of a couple of gems from my stash in the middle.
The gorgeous image I have used is called "Be my Valentine" and she comes complete with the backing paper and a couple of sentiments.  I have matted and layered onto coredinations cardstock.
The image has been coloured in with a combination of Spectrum Noirs and Copics.  Hope you will find the time to join us this week over at The Paper Shelter as the ever generous Veronica has increased the prize winnings to a $30 voucher so you'll not wanna miss out.  Thanks for stopping by.  Lotsa luv, hugs xxxx

Little Darling GDT - Shaped cards

Afternoon Peeps!!  Hope you've all had a good week and are as excited for the weekend as I am!  This is a happy and sad post lol.  Happy because it's my gdt card for Little Darlings and sad because it's my last post for them (sob).  It's really been a wonderful experience and I would just like to thank Angie and Sheri for giving me the opportunity to work with them, I loved every minute of it!
For my card I cut out the circle shape and then used a MS border punch all around to add detail.  The dp I have used is one that I found in my stash so sadly can't share with you where it's from as I have no clue hehe.  All the other dies I have used are doohickeys.  The ribbon and pearl pin are also from my stash and the flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts.
Here is a close up of the beautiful stamp called "Free Hugs" by Saturated Canary and available at Little Darlings.  As always, I have coloured in with my Copics.  Thanks so much for stopping by.  Lotsa luv, hugs xxxxx
