Magnolia Challenges

Afternoon all!! Can you believe the weekend is almost over! What a lovely sunny one it has been, hope where you are too. Todays card I have made to enter into the Just Magnolia Challenge which is "Anything goes" as well as for Magnolia Down Under Challenge which is "Charms".


I have coloured the image with Promarkers, Butterfly border - MS punch, flowers from wild orchid crafts and hobbycraft, the swirl was made using pearls and a bassill in stitch template, the charm and pearls are from the hobby house, lace and dp from stash. Have used stickles all around and glossy accents for her shoes and the star of the wand although it doesn't show up too well on the pic sadly. Whiff of Joy Challenge

Morning All!! Oops sorry I see it's already afternoon, where does the time go? Well at least its Friday yipeeeeeee and looks like we're in for a brilliant weekend so best be going to buy some charcoal and get the barbie out wooohoooo!!! Made this card for the Whiff of Joy Challenge which is a new one I've decided to enter into again - really getting brave in my old age lol!!


And now for the famous close up .....

I have used paper and cardstock from my stash so I'm not actually sure which pack they come from. Coloured the gorgeous guardian angel with Promarkers and cut out with nesties then inked the edges. Her wings were done using stickles as was border of the mat she is on. Again the yummy roses are from Wild orchid crafts. Thanks for taking the time to view my work. Lily of the Valley Challenge

Good Evening everybody! Just wanted to share with you that I'm feeling brave or I've totally lost the plot lol - have decided to enter into a new challenge which is with Lily of the Valley and had to follow a sketch. I have stamped the image and coloured it in with promarkers, I then chalked around the edges which is not too visible in the pic sadly, all the rest is from my stash and the beautiful roses are from wild orchid crafts. Here is a close up of the little girls, I think they are just too sweet for words!! Oops, I think I have definately gone mad hehe as I've just realised that this card will also fit the bill for the Passion for Promarkers challenge which is "in the garden" so I'm gonna enter it there too. Just Magnolia Challenge - Sketch

Hiya all my blogging buddies!! Hope you've had as wonderful a weekend as I have! Enjoying the sunshine to the fullest! This is the card I am entering into the Just Magnolia Challenge. This week we needed to follow a sketch and here is my take on it. Hope it fits the bill. Have coloured my little Tilda with Promarkers, paper and lace from stash and flowers from the fab Wild Orchid Crafts. Have embossed the glitter card behind Tilda with cuttlebug folder. Magnolia Down Under Challenge

Good Evening all my friends!! Apologies for not posting anything in a while but I've still gotta get used to this blogging thing lol!! Just thought I would add this image of the card I entered into the Magnolia Down Under Challenge for you to have a quick look at. Haven't really had much time to craft in the last two days as hubby has just returned from a trip to Russia and what a stressful time it was as he was due back when the volcano erupted so needless to say all flights were cancelled but luckily he has returned home safely albeit 48 hours of travel later, poor guy!!
