Crafters Companion DT - 2nd Party Paws sneak peek!

 Morning All!  Thought I would share with you another sneaky peek from the fablous new Party Paws range by Crafters Companion which is launching next week.  Seems you're all loving this new little fella.

For my card I have again used one of the stamps and backing papers and sentiment from the cd.  All I did was matted and layered onto some coredinations cardstock and add a ribbon from my stash.

He has been coloured in with Spectrum Noirs and I've added a little stardust stickles to the centes of the flowers.  Hope you'll pop in tomorrow for another sneak peek.  Lotsa luv, hugs xxxx

The Paper Shelter DT - Animal Magic!

Good Morning again!!  I'm back with my dt card for The Paper Shelter and this week it's all about animals.  I fell in luv with this little girl when she was released and thought that as she was wearing bunny slippers and ears it would fit the bill hehe.  She is called "I am the Easter Bunny" and is available to download here.

The backing paper I have used comes with her which is fab!  I added some flowers and lace from Wild Orchid Crafts and made a pearly swirl from some flat back pearls I have in my stash.

Crafters Companion DT - Sneak Peek of the new Party Paws range!!

Morning Folks!!  Just a quick post from me this morning to share with you a new release from Crafters Companion coming soon!

For my card I have used one of the stamps and backing papers from the cd.  The butterfly is a Magnolia  doohickey die and the pearls are from my stash.

For the luv of Wee Stamps!!

Happy Weekend Peeps!  Decided today would be a good day for crafting as it's rather freeezzzzinnngg out!  What better to play with than Sylvia Zet's latest digi which can be found here.

Thought I'd dig out some old Magnolia papers which I felt fitted perfectly with the mermaid theme,  all the bubbles and swirls although they're mostly covered up lol.  The ribbon is from my stash and the flowers and lace from Wild Orchid Crafts. 

As always I have coloured in with my trusted Copics and added teeny tiny pearls from my stash together with some faux stitching.  Hope you're having a good weekend, I'll hopefully be back shortly with some more creations.  Lotsa luv, hugs xxxx

For the love of Mo (again)!

Afternoon folks!  Sorry I've been MIA but life just seems to be hectic at the minute so thought I'd pop in and share with you my latest creation with one of Mo's gorgeous images called "Odette".  I am  so besotted with each and every image that Mo draws but sadly don't have enough time to play as I would like.

The backing papers I have used on this card are from Nitwit and sadly the picture is not doing them justice.  The doily in the back is an x-cut die and I've matted and layered onto coredinations cardstock.  The "Birthday Recipe" is by LOTV and the flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts.

I have coloured her in with my Copics and used some Spray & Sparkle on the bodice of her tutu.  I will be entering my card into the following challenges :

The Paper Shelter DT - Valentine

Morning Folks!  Hope you've had a good week and the cold's not killing ya, it's been rather freezing hasn't it?!  I eventually have a card to share with you and it's for The Paper Shelter.  This week our theme is all about Valentine's.

For my card I couldn't resist using this brand new image called "Fair Day".  Isn't she just a little darling?  The backing paper comes included which is just fab.  I have used a doohickey hearts border die as well as the fence die and made the swirl with pearls from my stash.

More caking adventures!

Morning Folks!  Just a quick one from me this morning to share with you my recent cakey makes.  Have been so busy that I've neglected my poor little blog, apologies to all of you.

This is my first attempt at an xbox cake and who better to try it on than my son lol!  He absolutely loved it as he is besotted with FIFA 

And here is a view from the top.  Everything is edible including the game which was printed with edible inks.

The second cake is for my son's girlfriend who is crazy about Tom Daley

Again all edible!  The filmstrip was also printed using edible inks.

The Paper Shelter DT - All wrapped up

Morning all you lovely folk!  Apologies that I've not been around much but sadly have had an awful start to the new year!!  Things can only get better from here on out.  Anyhoo onto today's card and it's for a new challenge theme over at The Paper Shelter.  This week our theme is "All wrapped up" and I thought instead of using an image where the character is all wrapped up nice and warm I would use this cutie pie who is all wrapped up on facebook lol.

The image is called "Coffee break" and as with all The Paper Shelter's images it comes with a pre coloured image which is what I've used today.    The backing papers I have used are by Pion Designs and I've backed them onto coredinations cardstock.  The ribbon and flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

The Paper Shelter DT - Anything goes & a winner!!!!!!!!!!!!

Morning Lovlies!  Can you believe it's only a week to Christmas?  I can't!  Where has this year gone? Anyhoo onto today's card and its for The Paper Shelter.  This week our theme is "Anything goes" so you've no excuse not to join in lol.  Thanks to those of you that joined in the blog hop with us, each of the dt have chosen a winner from their comments so do be sure to check out the main post on the challenge blog to see if it was you!

I decided to go plain and simple with this one which is very unusual for me but I didn't wanna cover up this lovely paper.  The image I have used is called "The beautiful skier" and comes with this backing paper, how fab is that?!  The bow I've made from some tulle I had in my ribbon drawer and pushed a huge pearl brad through.

As always I have coloured the image in with Copics, luved doing this one tbh.  She was such fun to colour.  I then cut her out and popped her onto some foam pads.  Hope you will find the time to join in with us this week over at The Paper Shelter.  Not sure if I'm gonna have a chance to blog anything before Christmas so in case I don't here's wishing you a very Merry Christmas.  Hope Santa will be good to you!!  Lotsa luv, hugs xxxx

For a special friend!

Morning Folks!  Much warmer today, let's just hope the big freeze is over for a while lol.  Just wanted to share with you a card that I made last night with the gorgeous image from Make It Crafty called "Girls Secret Swing".

I've been itching to colour this image up since it was released quite a while back and have not had the chance until now.  I think they are just the sweetest little pair don't you?  The dps I have used are by Magnolia, the doily and ribbon is from my stash and the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.  The sentiment is "A friendship recipe" by LOTV.

As always I have coloured them in with my Copics and guess what?  For a change I've not used any spray & sparkle, shock horror lol!  I'll be entering this card into the following challenge :

Another Saturated Canary!

Evening lovely peeps!!  Just a quick post from me this evening as I'm off to bed with a horrible cold but wanted to share with you my creation for today.

I decided to have a play and reached for another gorgeous Saturated Canary image and followed their challenge theme which is "Hot Chocolate & Marshmallows".  The dps I have used are by First Edition papers, the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts, the ribbon, pearls and pins are all from my stash.

A quickie Christmas card

Morning Peeps from a bitterly cold Worcester!  Isn't it freezing this morning?  Winter is definately upon us brrrrr.  At least the sun is shining though so that's one consolation lol!

Just wanted to share with you a very quick card I put together.  The gorgeous little girl is a digi from Make It Crafty called "Elise gift".  Isn't she a sweetie?   The dp I have used is by Magnolia and the pearls and poinsettia are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

Playing with another Saturated Canary

Evening my pals!  Made another card just for fun and yes it's another Saturated Canary image lol.

After following Linda's fab tutorial over on the Spectrum Noir blog I decided to make a card with her and this was the result.  Thanks for sharing your talent with us Linda!  The dps I have used are from Nitwits, matted onto coredinations cardstock.  The die I used for the image is a Diesire by Crafters Companion.  Sentiment and ribbon from my stash and the flowers and lace are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

As mentioned previously the image has been coloured in with Spectrum Noirs and covered with Spray & Sparkle.  Think I'm slightly addicted to the stuff lol.  I will be entering my card into the Saturated Canary challenge as I followed their sketch and the Wild Orchid Challenge who are wanting to see a card for a child's Christmas.  Thanks for stopping by.  Lotsa luv, hugs xxxx

Another one for fun!

Morning Folks!!  I seem to be on a roll this week, long may it last lol!  I have another card to share with you that I've made just for fun.

The gorgeous image I have used is a relatively new one from Make it Crafty and she is called "Lisa Snowman".  The backing papers are from the SWALK Winter Cheer cd rom, the snowflake is a Marianne die, ribbon from my stash and flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts.

Good Morning!!  Today sees a brand new challenge theme over at The Paper Shelter and this week our theme is a nice and easy one - Happy Birthday.
