Totally Papercrafts DT - One for the kiddies!

Morning my sweet stamping friends!! Woohooo, it's Friday! Today's card is for Totally Papercrafts DT and this week our lovely Joey has chosen the theme of "One for the kiddies", such a lovely theme I think. This has given me another chance to ink up a new Maggie and it just shows how versatile Tilda can be hehe! I found this dp laying at the bottom of my stash so I couldn't tell ya where I got it from but I just know that I've had it forever, I think it's Papermania but can't be too sure.
Have coloured Tilda in with Copics and used my doohickey dies again for the borders behind Tilda and the tag. The flowers are all from Wild Orchid Crafts and the pearls and ribbon are from my stash. I'll be entering this into the Just Magnolia challenge as this week their theme is "Going Dotty" and Polka Doodles as their theme is "Party Time".
Thanks for stopping by, please do hop on over to the Totally Papercrafts blog for some fantastic inspiration by our very talented dt and join in the fun with us. Hope you all have a super weekend. Lotsa luv, hugs xxxx

Simply Sassy - Hippie Chick

Evening All!!! Hope you've all had a great weekend! Don't they just go by too fast sadly? WOWZER, dunno what's up with Mr Blogger this evening or maybe it's just my computer but it has taken me hours to upload my pics so I'll just get on with it hehe!! I took some time out and had a little play just for me, for a change - no dt work lol! There has been so much inspiration coming from the Simply Sassy blog that I wanted to grab my Hippie Chick and colour her in. I decided to use a combination of dps, namely Magnolia and SWALK as well as co-ordinations cardstock and a doily from my stash. I've inked all around the edges of the doily and the mat of my image with Spun sugar di's by Tim Holtz.

My image has been coloured in with Copics as always. The flowers are a combination of Wild Orchid Crafts and Hobbycraft and the lace is from Wild Orchid Crafts too. The swirl is a doohickey die and the pearls from my stash. I also added teeny tiny little pearls that I got from my darling friend Paola in the centre of the flowers in her hair. Pretty sure that covers everything that I've included on my card. I would like to enter my card into the Simply Sassy GDT call so please hold thumbs for me that I've done ok.

Thanks for stopping by folks and heres wishing you a great week ahead. Lotsa luv, hugs xxxx

Totally Papercrafts DT - Add a heart

Morning Peeps! Woohooo the weekend is upon us! Today sees the start of a brand new challenge theme over at Totally Papercrafts and this week the lovely Sue has chosen the theme of "Add a heart" which is well timed to get those Valentine cards done. Again I have used one of the brand new release images from LOTV, I think they're just the sweetest little images ever! The sentiment comes with the image too, how fab is that?!
I have used my new papers again (rofl), Love letters by Mindy Terasawa. Image coloured in with Copics. The die behind the image is a Nellie's but was sadly just a weeny bit small for the image so I just mounted the image on top and don't think it looks too bad. The flower is an aster daisy from Wild Orchid Crafts and the ribbon, charm and pearls are all from my stash. I'll be entering this card into the following challenges :
Aud Sentiments - Sentiment with a love theme
Bunny Zoes - Love is in the air
One stitch at a time - "New" (my new stamp & papers)

Charisma Cardz DT - Magic Numbers

Morning my sweet stamping friends! Can you believe we've passed half way through the week already? Well to me Thursday only means one thing, a brand new challenge theme over at Charisma Cardz and this week the theme of "Magic Numbers" has been chosen by the whole of the design team. As we are being sponsored this week by Lili of the Valley and Some Odd Girl I decided it was a good enough excuse for me to use my brand new LOTV stamp woohooo!! I got inspiration from the lovely Dena who put hers & her hubby's initials on the book and since we need to use numbers this week I decided to write sixteen years on the book as my DH and I will be married that long this year so I've put the card away and will give it to him on our anniversary which is on the 3rd of June. Hope I don't forget that I have a card made by then rofl!
I have coloured this sweet little image in with my Copics as usual and cut it out with nesties. The dps are Love Letters by Mindy Terasawa. They seem to be my favourite paper pad at the mo as they are beautifully embossed and glittered. The swirl is a Tim Holtz die and the blooms are from Wild Orchid Crafs. The ribbon and pearls are from my stash and the leaves are an MS punch. I'll be entering my card into the following challenges :
Bunny Zoe's - Love is in the air
Craft your days away - Anything goes
Papertake Weekly - Ribbons & pearls
Secret Crafter - With love
The Ribbon Girl - Pink & Green
Truly Scrumptious - Brown, pink & green
Thanks for stopping by. I do hope you'll join in with our challenge this week as I know how many of you love LOTV and who knows you could be the lucky winner. My teamies over at Charisma have made some lovely cards to inspire you to please do hop on over there. Lotsa luv, hugs xxxx

Bizzy Becs DT - Day 5 preview (final) Sweet Love Collection

Hi Folks!! WOW, I can't believe it's already the final preview day for the Sweet Love Collection. This final image is called "Fairy of Love".
Again I have coloured her in using Copics and stickles. I noticed only once I'd loaded my images that sadly it looks like the stickles has made the ink at the bottom of her dress run??? Not sure why this has happened but it's now spoilt my image and I was out of time to redo it grrrrrrr! I've used the "out of the box" technique with nesties. My dps are Love Letters by Mindy Terasawa and are so scrummy with loads of embossing and glitter. I've used a doohickey die (Tilda lace) for the border as well as for the swirl. The pearls are from my stash.
Ooooo, at last I can reveal which two images Bec has so kindly given me to offer as candy so don't forget to leave your comment for the chance of winning them. They are LOVE LETTERS & LOVE BALLOONS. How cool is that??? I will draw a random winner tomorrow so be sure to check back and see if it is you! Last, but by no means least hop on over to Bizzy Becs Store Blog and leave your comment there too to be in the running to win all five from the new release and to see the gorgeous creations from my teamies. Thanks for stopping by, until tomorrow lotsa luv, hugs xxxx

Bizzy Becs DT - Day 4 preview "Sweet Love" Collection

Morning Peeps!!! WOWZER, can't believe we're into day four of the previews already! Only one more to go, just when I was getting used to this idea it's coming to an end hehe! Hope you've been enjoying the previews this far. Today I'd like to introduce you to "Love Letter", I think she might be my fave but shhh don't tell the others in the collection rofl! I have again coloured her in with Copics. The dps I chose are by Tim Holtz as is the flourish, I eventually bought the die. The blooms are from Wild Orchid Crafts and they're sprayed full with glimmer mist, sadly not showing too well in the pics unless you click on the pic and view it when it's larger. The silver spray with the roses is from Magnolia as is the huge pearl brad.

Thanks for stopping by again today, don't forget to leave your comment to be entered into the draw tomorrow and then hop on over to Bizzy Becs Store Blog to see what my teamies have made with this sweet image as well as enter the draw there to win all five of the new images. Again, as Arnie says "I'll be back" tomorrow with the final preview. Lotsa luv, hugs xxxx

Bizzy Becs DT - Day 3 Preview of Sweet Love Collection

Afternoon!! I'm back again with day number three's preview called "Key to my Heart". Must say I've actually had fun with all these images as they're just so versatile, the possibilities are endless really. As mentioned in the previous posts, Bec has kindly donated two mystery images for me to give away to my faithfull followers so don't forget to leave a comment and I will draw a random winner on Wednesday after the final preview.

As always I have coloured in with Copics and decided to try something new as I've seen a lot of ladies in blogland using dots around their images and thought it looks quite nice but to be honest I'm not too happy with the way mine turned out, guess I need more practice hehe. The dps are from my stash, not quite sure where they're from as I had them for yonks. The swirl is a Magnolia doohickey die which I'm sure you've noticed I'm in luv with as I just want to use it on every card rofl!! The blooms are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the ribbon and pearls are from my stash. The cute little key charm is from my very special friend Paola, thank you girlfriend!

Thanks for stopping by and don't forget to hop on over to the Bizzy Bec's blog to see all the fabby creations by the rest of the dt and enter the draw there too as Bec is giving away all five of the images to one lucky person. Until tomorrow at 12h00, lotsa luv xxxx
