Crafty Sentiments DT - New release day 2

Morning Luvlies!!  As promised yesterday I'm back with sneaky peek number two for Crafty Sentiments Designs.
Her name is "Lily Fairy" and surprise, surprise I decided to colour her in pinks lol.  Just in case you didn't know it is my fave colour.  The dps I have used are by Carta Bella called Giddy Up!  The corner die is from La-La Land Crafts and the rose border and flowers are all from Wild Orchid Crafts.
I have coloured her in with my Copics and added loads of frantage.  Colours used are :
Skin - E13, E11, E00, R20
Hair - E29, E25, E35, E71, E51
Dress, shoes, hat & flowers - R85, R83, R81, RV000

    Great card!! What do use for the dot-like coloring around the image? Is that paint?
