The Paper Shelter DT - Anything goes & a winner!!!!!!!!!!!!

Morning Lovlies!  Can you believe it's only a week to Christmas?  I can't!  Where has this year gone? Anyhoo onto today's card and its for The Paper Shelter.  This week our theme is "Anything goes" so you've no excuse not to join in lol.  Thanks to those of you that joined in the blog hop with us, each of the dt have chosen a winner from their comments so do be sure to check out the main post on the challenge blog to see if it was you!
I decided to go plain and simple with this one which is very unusual for me but I didn't wanna cover up this lovely paper.  The image I have used is called "The beautiful skier" and comes with this backing paper, how fab is that?!  The bow I've made from some tulle I had in my ribbon drawer and pushed a huge pearl brad through.
As always I have coloured the image in with Copics, luved doing this one tbh.  She was such fun to colour.  I then cut her out and popped her onto some foam pads.  Hope you will find the time to join in with us this week over at The Paper Shelter.  Not sure if I'm gonna have a chance to blog anything before Christmas so in case I don't here's wishing you a very Merry Christmas.  Hope Santa will be good to you!!  Lotsa luv, hugs xxxx

When the card is open it reveals another image which I found rather fab and couldn't wait to try out Norma's great tutorial, thanks Hun!
Another view so that you can see the two images
And a front view.  Thanks for stopping by and don't forget to catch the show on Telly on Friday or set your recorder.  Lotsa luv, hugs xxxxx

The Paper Shelter DT - Fairies and Elves

Hi Folks!  WOW it's Wednesday again and that means time for a new challenge theme over at The Paper Shelter woohoo!  This week the theme is all about fairies and/or elves, isn't that fab?!

As always I have coloured her in with my Copics and I've added some Crafters Companion "Spray and Sparkle" to her wings.  Have a mentioned how much I luv this stuff, I just wanna spray everything so it glitters and shines lol.  Thanks for stopping by, I do hope you'll be able to play along with us this week over at The Paper Shelter.  Lotsa luv, hugs xxxxx

The Paper Shelter DT - Love beats all!!

Morning Luvlies!  How fab, we're midweek again so not long till the weekend lol.  Time for a new challenge theme over at The Paper Shelter and this week it's "LOVE BEATS ALL".
This week I have used a combination of elements from two seperate digis.  The image is called "Love in Venice" and the backing paper came with another digi called "Executive Woman".  Thought they fitted together quite well.  The sentiment is a stamp that I've had for absolute ages from Whimsy Stamps and the flowers come from Wild Orchid Crafts.
I have been rather busy with other samples of late so it was lovely to just be able to print off a ready coloured digi although this would not be my first choice as I really luv colouring in myself but fortunate for instances like this when you need a card in a hurry lol.  Hope you will find the time this week to join us over at The Paper Shelter for your chance to win the awesome prize of a $30 voucher.  Thanks for stopping by, hope you have a good week.  Lotsa luv, hugs xxxx

Morning Folks!!  I have yet another Toread sneak peek to share with you today.  Scroll down to see yesterday's sneaky peek too.  I think she is my all time favourite of the whole release.  Her name is Aurora.
This was a very quick and easy sample I decided to make.  I printed her off from the cd rom and melted it onto the candle with greaseproof paper.  Simple and yet so effective don't you think?
