The Paper Shelter DT - Easter
Good Morning Folks!! Here I am with another challenge card for The Paper Shelter. This week our theme is all about Easter.Sadly I'm not feeling my best at the moment so I had to make a quick card and fortunately the gorgeous images and papers available from The Paper Shelter allow you to do just that! I used The Most Adorable Easter Bunny pre-coloured image and merged it with one of the gorgeous papers from the Easter paper pack. I then used a MS punch around the page border punch and some stickles for a bit of bling. Hope you'll be able to join in the fun with us this week over at The Paper Shelter Challenge Blog. Lotsa luv, hugs xxxx

Polka Doodles DT - Let's hear it for the boys!!
Morning Folks!! Apologies for my absence but I have been really unwell for just over a week now. Anyhooo onto today's card and it's a new theme over at Polka Doodles Challenge. This week we'd luv to see your creations for the boys. I know, I know most of us dread the male cards but with this great Pretty Tuff cd that Nikky has brought out it makes life so much easier as it's jam packed with goodies just for the boys. The image, dp and sentiment are all printed off the cd which is fab, or have I already said that lol? As I've not been well it's great that I could just print an already coloured image but what's fab is that if you have the time and love your colouring like I do normally then there are loads of digis to choose from.
I matted the dps onto kraft cardstock, added a little string from my stash and popped the sentiment and some additional cars onto 3d foam for some dimension. Hope you'll be able to join us this week over at the Polka Doodles Challenge blog as Nikky is offering this cd as a prize together with some goodies from Marianne Designs. Thanks for stopping by. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend. Lotsa luv, hugs xxxx

Just Magnolia DT - Use stitching (real or faux)
Morning Luvlies!! Can you believe it's Friday again, where do the days go? I just can't seem to keep up as there aren't enough hours in a day! Well onto today's card and it's for Just Magnolia. This week the lovely Dawny has chosen our theme and she wants to see stitching somewhere on your card whether it be real or faux is up to you.
I decided to get out the old sewing machine and I've stitched every layer, just don't look too closely as it's lovely and wonky lol but I suppose that's what will make it unique hehe. The dps I have used are all by Magnolia. I masked Tilda and used a digi image from MIC for the background. Thanks to the uber talented Kim Piggott for her inspiration and for giving me the idea to use this type of background. My card could never be as gorgeous as hers but maybe one day when I'm big I'll be on her level hehe.
As always I have coloured my image in with Copics and I've added stardust stickles to the butterflies, lollipop and frill of Tilda's shirt.
The fence and tag are both doohickey dies which I've distressed with some brushed corduroy and stamped the sentiment onto the tag. The ribbon and pearls are from my stash. I will be entering my card into the following challenges :
