Good Morning Everybody! Hope you've all had a great week, I can't help but say that mine has been fantastic!! I'm having an absolute ball at the CRAFTAGANZA, never made so many cards in one day lol! I have also met some wonderful people here but my absolute favourite has to be Jacqui Dennis! She is one of the nicest people I've ever met, an absolute angel and she's taken me in under her wing, thanks Jacs!! Anyway, think I've waffled enough so onto today's card which is for a brand new challenge week over at Totally Papercrafts and the theme has again been chosen by me which is Untraditional Christmas Colours. When I saw this little sweetie on the Digi Bells blog I just knew I had to have her immediately, isn't she just the sweetest? How talented is Elisabeth Bell?!

As always I have coloured her in with my Copics and used glamour dust galour hehe! I then used some shimmer chalk to edge the image so there's definately no shortage of sparkle on this one! The dps are all from the new Christmas range by Magnolia and are really lush, think I need to order a load more lol! The doily behind the image is from Joanna Sheen and the snowflakes are from a MS punch topped with a gem from my stash. The ribbon is also from my stash. I will be entering my card into the following challenges :

Charisma Cardz DT - One for the girls!!

Morning Blogland!!! WOWZER, is it freeezzziinnnggg or what lol?! Thought Worcester was cold but Darlington is even worse hehe! When I arrived here yesterday afternoon it was just starting to snow, how lucky am I cause we hardly ever see snow in my part of the country. I'm waffling again, sorry. Just wanted this to be a quick post really as today sees the start of a brand new challenge over at Charisma Cardz and this week the theme is "One for the Girls" and was chosen by myself. I have been dying to show you all this card cause when this gorgeous new Sassy Girl stamp arrived last week I had to ink her up immediately but then decided to hold it back for this challenge lol!

I'm sure most of you will agree that she's just gorgeous, just hope I've done her justice with my colouring and layout! I have coloured her in with my Copics and cut out the mat with a nestie. The papers I have used are a combination of different Papermania sheets. The butterfly is an X Cut punch and I have topped it with some flat backed pearls from my stash. The border around the card is a MS punch around the page.
I have taken this pic at an angle so that you can see the dimension on my card. I have popped her onto some foam pads and as you can see the butterflies wings are also standing up. I will be entering my card into the Sugar Bowl challenge as I have followed Marlene's fabby sketch, thanks Hun! I'll also be entering the following challenges :
Fab 'n Funky - Going with the flow

Morning All from a wet and cold Worcester brrrrr!!! Hope everyone is well and keeping warm. Today sees the start of a new challenge over at Charisma Cardz and this week our theme is Babies which was chosen by our lovely boss lady, Carlyann. Here is a close up of the cutie which I've coloured in with Copics and cut out with a Nellie's multi frame. I also used stickles all around the frame for some extra bling and did a very slight "out the box" technique. The ribbon and buttons are from my stash.

Morning All!! Yippeeeee, it's Friday and the start to the weekend as well as a brand new challenge over at Totally Papercrafts and this week's theme has been chosen my the gorgeous Tammy who wants to see "Black & Purple" on your creations. I must be honest I found that colour combo to be quite a challenge in itself until I remembered the beautiful papers from The Creative Cottage which are just perfect. I had to use my brand new LOTV image, think she's my favourite from the new launch. The sentiment is also LOTV's new range and they're all absolutely gorgeous, so difficult to choose just one lol!
Isn't she just the sweetest little ballerina you've ever seen?! I've coloured her in with Copics and used loads of stickles on her skirt. I then used Papermania glitter chalks around the image, sadly it doesn't show up too well in the pic but it's so nice and sparkly irl. The doily around the image is also one of my new purchases from the NEC and is a Marianne die. The flowers are all from Wild Orchid Crafts and the ribbon and pearls are from my stash. Totally Papercrafts DT - Tag it!

Morning Folks!! Well, the day has arrived and I'm off to the NEC in a while woohooo!!!! I'm like a little girl on Christmas morning hehe. Can't wait to meet up with some of my blogging buddies and especially my darling friend Paola who's here all the way from South Africa! Also my dear friend and fellow dt buddy, Tammy!
Anyway, that's enough waffling for now! So onto todays card which is for Totally Papercrafts Challenge and this week our theme is "Tag It". You can interpret this anyway you like, either make a tag on it's own for a gift or incorporate it onto your card as I've done.

I've used one of my new Magnolia's from the Christmas range, isn't he the sweetest Santa?! I just luv him and he was such a dream to colour in.
He has been coloured in with Copics. For my backing paper I have used a fabby wrapping paper which is foiled and glittered, hope you can see it in the pics as it really is a lovely texture. I then used versamark ink around the edges and embossing powder to make it look like snow. In the shaker I have added some diamond dust. The tag is cut out using a doohickey die and all the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and have been well and truly stickled hehe (if that's the correct word for loads of stickles lol). I will be entering this card into the Magnolia-licious challenge as they are wanting to see shaker cards. Also Just Magnolia's special monthly challenge is anything goes, so I'm entering it there too. Will be entering the following challenges with this card :

A Pocket full of posies - Winter bouquet

A spoonfull of sugar - Relish to embelish

The Sugar Bowl Challenge - Marlenes Sketch "One for the Boys"

Morning again!! Just a quick post from me as I've loads to do today and just didn't wanna miss the opportunity to enter the Sugar Bowl challenge. Fortunately my son has a birthday party this afternoon so I thought that was convenient for making this card. I have used the fabby Rock Star image that I tend to use time and again for the male cards.
I have coloured him in with Copics and used distress ink around the edges and the strip behind the image went through the cuttlebug. The stars are also a die that I have and the buttons are from my stash. The dps are DCWV. Thanks for stopping by again, off to link up with The Sugar Bowl now. Lotsa luv xxxx

Crafters Companion DT - Sketch

Morning Folks!! WOWZER, I can't believe a month has passed since our last challenge and that we're in November already! Where has this year gone?! Today sees the start of another new challenge over at Crafters Companion woohoo and this month we have a gorgeous sketch by the uber talented Jacqui to follow with the added theme of "One for the Girls". Just remember we have opened the challenge so that you can now use any image you like, doesn't have to be strictly a Crafters Companion one.
For my card I just had to use one of the darling little images from the SWALK range, I luv them so, aren't they just the sweetest? My backing papers are off the cd too.

I have coloured her in with my Copics and am quite pleased with the result, I'm starting to get the hang of them eventually lol! Used some glamour dust on the music notes above the birdie and stickles all around the mat, couldn't forget the bling hehe. All the blooms and the lace are from wild orchid crafts.

Thanks for stopping by! Hopefully my card has been an inspiration to you and you'll pop over to the challenge blog and see some more from my truly talented teamies and then enter your own. Sara always offers such generous prizes so you won't wanna miss out. Have a great week. Lotsa luv xxxx
