I have made this card especially for my very bestest friend who I will be seeing next month back home (you know who you are my special friend and this is just for you, mwah!) Hope you have a cuppa cause I've taken quite a few pics hehe. I hate photographing easel cards grrrr but they're just so lovely to make.

I decided to use one of my fave new images from the "You're so special" collection and coloured her in with Copics. I then used di's around the image, the doily, the swirl and the tag just to give it a more aged look to match the fabby Magnolia papers called "Grandma's Wallpaper" as well as the newspaper print papers from Magnolia. The swirl is a doohickey die and the doily is from my stash as is the ribbon and button. The butterflies are by Prima and the blooms are a combination of Wild Orchid Crafts and Papirloftet. The tag is also a doohickey die and the sentiment is from the latest stamp club kit from Magnolia. I will be entering this card into the following challenges :
A spoonfull of sugar - Anything with a vintage/shabby look
Dutch Magnolia Lovers - Two of each (I have two roses, two tulips & two butterflies)
Fab 'n Funky - Make it Girly
Inky Impressions - Easel Card
Magnolia Down Under - Anything but a square
Magnolia Stamp Lovers - Buttons and bling
Magnolia-licious Highlights - Easter / Spring Extravaganza
Magnolia-licious Challenge- Green
Paperplay - Shades of green
Really Reasonable Ribbon - Green Theme

Sir Stampalot - Spring is in the air
